"I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"

"Great area, great hotel, good option for brkfast. Recommendations for staff to often visit the pool area. A dog was in the pool which caused us to leave but they weren't ask to remove him from pool. Parking is available and it is costly. Asking management to update their description to add cost.and not to say its available as that to mean means free of cost but it is not free. "Location is directly on a main highway with street noise, the curtains help for privacy. Distance to WDW and Publix is convenient. Unit front door does not close properly and there are large gaps that let in heat and air conditioning out. "We really enjoyed this resort. It’s a beautiful property, very clean, the room had ample space and was comfortable. It’s also in a good location, near Epcot/Hollywood Studios, as well as Disney Springs. The only negative is that they charge a $50 resort fee and also a $40 parking fee (self parking, valet is hire). Both of those fees are daily so whatever price you’re paying for night, you have to add at least another $90 to it. Actual Disney resorts don’t charge resort or parking fees so it is...

"It is the perfect spot in the “middle” of 2 parks. Walking distance or a quick water taxi away to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. The only downside is that you CAN NOT use your Magic Band as your room key at this time."

"Enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin Hotel. Walkable to Epcot. Our room was spacious, clean and property was very clean. We spent one day at the pools enjoying 6 hours of keeping cool. Pools are large with several waterfalls and a water slide. Poolside service for food and drinks was wonderful. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was bus service schedule to and from magic Kingdom, we spent the evening in magic kingdom til closing and there was no return bus...

"There were no closets for it to be named a Villa studio. No utensils. There was a door in the bathroom by the toilet so super awkward to get to the shower. The TV would turn off on its on while watching it. Floors were not mopped. I had to were slippers the entire time. I heard every noise from the street even though we were on the fifth floor. Our clothes lived out of the suitcases due to no hanging storage available. No comforter in the beds. Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like?...
