I have stayed at all star resorts for many years, Always enjoyed my stays. The only complaint I have about this trip is that there was a lot of noise I could hear through the walls.

The whole property was unique. I loved the pool, the food and the store. I had a wonderful stay . There was only one issue and the employee had no idea how to contact a manager, so that is a must in staff training for the future.

It was no better than a red roof inn. For Disney i expect better. Theme is cute thou and service is always great. It is good if your on a budget otherwise jump up to the movies resort. It's much nicer

All Star Sports Disney vacation

Was disappointed the room was so far from the parking lot. A long way to go with so many bags and had to walk that far after paying $15 a day for parking. Also a pillow was dirty with stains on it.

Toilets sound like bombs going off. Walls are paper thin re noise. No maid service day 2 to empty food from wastebaskets. Not worrying about beds or linens, but exposed food! Sign-in area very nice.

Don't visit until the room refurbishment is finished. This resort is dated, the rooms feel old and dingey and for $25/night more you can stay in a much nicer Disney property. Found mold in my sheets AFTER I'd slept in them. Cleanliness was not at the level expected for a Disney property.

The hotel was clean and nice, however, my Apple Watch was stolen from the room and the front desk claimed that no cleaning staff came to our room during our stay. It’s a lie!

We arrived to check in and got a standard room at 1st. The room was Far from everything, the carpet in the room was dirty. So, we moved to a Priority room that was right next to everything and much cleaner. As far as the food court wow overpriced, food was cold and not good at all. The rooms were small, The arcade half the games didnt work and what do the kids get at the end what a waste of money. I will be staying else where next time.
