"Ok for our short stay but we were given a room facing the I-4 so a lot of traffic noise and with the noisy AC in the room hard to sleep. A pool view room may have been quieter. Room was tired and dated. Pool area looked decent but we didn’t use it. For the money though it was fine z"

"We stay every year at dockside. They have always honored room requests. Staff is friendly. Easy access to the parks via buses. We love their pools. Clean and equipped with toys for the kiddos"

"The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children."
