"If I could I would probably give this a 4.5. The staff was excellent, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and it was in a good location.
We loved the personal soaking tub on our patio.
The only thing I would rate a bit lower would be the buffets. There was a lot of choices but for anyone that is picky or prefers a western style meal it’s going to be a bit challenging to eat. My wife and I had no issues but we always imagine traveling with friends...

"Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Europäer verschlägt es nicht viele hierhin. Onsen war schön, könnte aber etwas besser gepflegt werden. Das Buffet am Abend mit den Meeresfrüchten kann ich nur empfehlen 👍 Ich würde das Hotel meinen Freunden empfehlen."
