"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. I must say the staff was very kind however this was not enough to prevent the bad experience. Not impacting my rating and we did not need it but the restaurant at the...

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Der Portierdienst war sehr gut, obwohl wir sehr spät in der Nacht ankamen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aufgeräumt und hatte sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Äußerst empfehlenswert. "

"Bed matress was comfortable, room was clean at first sight, but sheets had a hole and there was some hair on them. The room could be cleaner, walls, and tiles, shower. Ingrid took extra time to find times for local tours we were interested in and looked up and printed out the details for our train out of town. As other reviewers have noted, breakfast is fantastic and the room was comfortable. We would definitely stay with them again if we were in the area."
