"Host did not send any pre-details. When I finally got in touch on the mobile number they advised the property was no longer available. However the full cost was still taken by hotels.com Either the host is in the wrong or hotels.com is, but either way I was left with no accommodation and a £200 bill for literally nothing. Do not book. Absolute scam."

"I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed. Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again.."

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."
