"Excellent stay in Nottingham City Centre. Would highly recommend"

" My experience at Students Only Hollis Croft was very disappointing. Despite booking well in advance, I had to follow up several times before my reservation was confirmed. On arrival, the room had multiple issues: the mattress was not just uncomfortable — it was painful to sleep on. I ended up laying on top of the duvet and even some of my clothes just to make it bearable. The pillows lacked support, the hob did not work, the kettle socket was faulty, and the tap leaked. "NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

"I do not recommend this property at all for several reasons. This is basically a student flat above a kebab shop. - we arrived at 7pm (despite communicating we would arrive at 6pm) and the keys were not in the lock box as the “cleaner was still there”. We waited on the street for 10 mins to be let in. - when we arrived all the windows were open obviously trying to get rid of the infestation of flies everywhere. - there was a full load of washing left in the machine all weekend. - all the...

"The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent."

"Perfect city location. Quiet and comfortable apartment. Bedrooms were so comfortable, with clothes hangers and the bathrooms & shower were luxury."

"great place to stay, very close to derby."
