"Conveniently located near the station, but we were disappointed with the hygiene, particularly the bedding. Despite booking for two people, we only received one set of towels. Additionally, the room didn’t match the website description—we expected two beds and a usable balcony but got one bed and an unusable fenced area."

"The villa is so clean and modern. Japanese style futon , complete house appliances, you can wash and cook. Very close to Hakone Yumoto station. I recommend it to any one travelling to Hakone . You will not be dissappointed"

"The moment we entered the apartment, we were amazed by the modern interior and owner’s attention to details. TV box allows YouTube videos and the garden has lots outdoor equipments though we didn’t use any due to the weather.
Room is spacious and the kitchen has large variety of small electrical appliances. We cooked over the two day stay and enjoyed the meals on the large dining room table.
Though the railway is right in front of the house, there wasn’t a lot of trains passing by at night....
