"Martyn was a gracious host and room. Ery clean and comfortable. I’ve rated it a 4 as we had to walk into Oxford for breakfast. Having said that, we enjoyed the Sunday morning walk. Would stay again and highly recommend."

"Unfortunately the duvet had a very bad odor. I tried putting a towel over it but still could smell a very bad stench. Thankfully flipping the head side and feet side worked. It was jus a night so didn’t bother telling the staff.
The staff was very courteous and tried to be helpful. "

"Pictures do not do this gem of a place justice. Check in was a breeze, the pub is quirky, but the accommodation was fantastic, quiet, comfortable and clean....all wrapped up in a 300 year old stone building. Such a beautiful spot, probably our fave and would love to return."

"My room was very clean and comfortable.
It’s a nice quiet location very close to summer town centre.
The lady was very nice and welcoming.
Very hot shower which was nice..
I would stay again should I be up that way again."
