"Room was very clean and nice to stay in. We received an upgraded room on check-in, and the views of the lake from this room were wonderful. I am not sure what we would have had if not for the upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C worked great and was really needed for us, who were not accustomed to the heat and humidity. Parking would have been great if we brought a car. Instead, we chose to drop it off in Milan and take other transport to Como and then up to Bellagio. The kitchen...

"Check in was at a different location than the studio where I stayed. Apple Maps also shows “Residence Lenno” at a different location than the correct address s make sure you read all the details in the booking app to get the correct address and instructions on where to check-in. Other than that, it was a great stay! Super easy to walk to Villa de Balbianello and the scenery is beautiful."
