"My room was double booked so i had to switch to a room with no balcony and a full sized bed(def not queen as advertised). Then at roughly 7am loud alarms with buzzers above the bed started going off for several minutes. This happened a few more times throughout the morning before checkout. Fire department showed up. No fire. I notified Hotels.com customer service who told me Anthem house wouldnt even respond so im not getting compensation. I almost never leave bad reviews even when deserved and i didnt intend to waste my time with it but i got an email bothering me to leave a review so here it is. "

"The cleanest hotel I have stayed at recently. Everything is nice and new. You could still smell the new carpet smell in the hallways and the room."

"We stayed overnight on our drive to Biloxi. The staff was very accomodating to change our room from second floor to 1st floor. I did not realize when booking there was no elevator and he cannot climb stairs."

"The hotel was located in convenient access to shopping and restaurants. The staff were efficient. The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of food to choose. The room’s bed was very comfortable with ample pillows and nice bedding. Bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries & towels. The only issue that was bothersome is that the carpet is in need of replacing. It detracted from my giving another star. I would still recommend this Holiday Inn for its overall cleanliness and its amenities. However, I would recommend the carpet be replaced because it does detract from the room’s general comfort. "
