"Disgusting all under construction workers smoking on premise dust everywhere! Next to Highway and noise was unbearable I did not sleep. "

"Just No…unless you like a throw back to the ‘70s with avocado and gold furniture. . This hotel has spent all of their resources in the beautiful lobby and NONE in the rooms. Not only was the dingy wallpaper held together with patches, but the curtain sheers, complete with giant plastic pull handles, were dingy and the bathroom had no vanity…just a handicapped public restroom style sink. The decor was so dated and just dirty looking that I wasn’t quite comfortable even touching the weird chair. On top of this, they charge $25/night for use of their parking garage. For the price per night of this hotel I would expect WAY better. Sorry Stamford Hotel…you will not be seeing us again."

"Super cute and clean hotel. However the room was not desired for someone in a wheelchair. The beds were high and you can't reach the bathroom sink when in your chair. Otherwise it's perfect!"

"Location of the hotel was perfect for where I need to work. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Martha in the restaurant. I had two dinners there and the food was exceptional, and the service is very friendly."

"Thank you Hotels.com for the excellent price for a 1 night stay at this fantastic hotel which is well located , beautifully decorated and has everything you would need ( movie theater, salon, restaurants, atrium, ballroom & elegant staircase. The self parking is safe & great for travelers going north to Maine or south beyond NYC PA Washington etc."

"Staff is excellent. All are friendly, efficient, and very courteous. We stayed there when it was Hotel Zero several times, visiting family from out of state, and the Watershed re-do looks nice as well. The problem we have with the property is acoustics. First, because of how the lobby is built, the noise travels up to the other rooms, and it's a huge echo chamber (like John Bonham banging on the drums, loud). Second, the ceilings don't have enough (or any?) insulation, so the noise of the person above our room sounded like she weighed 5000 pounds in wooden clogs. If you bring ear-plugs, you'll be fine. Unfortunately, we will not return, because we need our sleep, and that can't happen there."
