"This was a very nice place, clean and comfortable. The virtual check-in process was a little weird but it actually worked fine and probably is more efficient for the company. But I wasn’t sure if it would have been easy to connect with an employee if there was a problem."

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."

"Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

"Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. Check in and out was easy. Continental breakfast had varied offerings and was adequate. We highly recommend for a nice change from a...
