"This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had. Our room was located directly above the bar, and the noise was unbearable. Loud music and people were shouting until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. After that, the staff started moving trash bins and making noise outside, which continued until the morning.
I brought my husband here for his birthday, hoping for a special and relaxing trip, but it completely ruined our stay. We did not get a single minute of sleep all night.

"The location was amazing in the heart of Little Italy. The check in and parking were straight forward and the staff was nice. It was a very basic room and I wish it had been a little more clean. The small rug was pretty stained and there were random hairs around. The R2D2 air con was pretty loud. Other than that, I would stay there again."

"Description should advise that this is a high rise with the hotel being on the 17th floor, parking on the 11th floor, and the ice machine on the 21st floor. The garage was a scary spiral that you didn't want to keep going up and down."

"We had an amazing stay at City24 Hotel in San Diego! Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the hotel had a welcoming, modern atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
