"The accommodation was immaculate, in a great location, private, and looked great! It had everything I needed including cooking facilities, etc. and heating that actually worked, which is essential at this time of year. The host was very friendly, helpful and proactive, always answering promptly whenever I had to contact him. Great value for money, would highly recommend to anyone staying locally!"

"Arrived to food in the fridge, scraps in the sink and a dirty bathroom. No hand towels or soap, and the beds looked slept in. There was a phone charger plugged in at the sofa. Looks like someone is living there. The landlord refunded in full, seems their cleaner may have misled them so not necessarily their fault but wouldn't stay again"
