We were disappointed to find that bedding and towels, which were listed as included, were not provided. On arrival, we were told there would be a £35 charge for them. I questioned this, especially as the listing photos clearly showed bedding, but the hosts were unhelpful and did not respond when I asked how to resolve the issue. Had we known in advance, we would have brought...

"The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available.
The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces.
Also a bbq to use. "
