"I appreciated the helpful staff, with excellent English for those of us who don’t speak German. Also, the always available coffee was great for my pre-dawn bird watching (which was excellent in the garden). It’s a little bit out of easy walking to places like the train station, and beware that Uber availability is poor in Lucerne."

"Spacious room and access to kitchen facilities. Very handy to transport- buses, trains and ferry. Great cafe and food store nearby. Minimally furnished and only one towel for 4 days. Bedding smelt of tobacco smoke and not sure how clean the bedlinen was especially duvet and pillow. No response to my messages."

"This was by far the best place we stayed at. The apartment was very big with spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The host was very friendly and cater for all our needs. The dinner was one of the best we had in Switzerland. The location with mountain view was very beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again if we visit and would recommend this place to all. "
