Especially the main bathroom the toilet cistern lid was cracked, hole in the wall and the tiles around the shower waste were missing. there was four of us but only bedding for three, so attention to detail was poor. It was fine for two nights and the location was great"

"Ich kann nichts beurteilen. Der Sevice ist Respektlos, ich finde es eine Frechheit bei Anreise zu erfahren das kein Zimmer verfügbar ist und anscheinend eine Überbuchung vorliegt. "Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Bahnstation Mitte ungefähr 5 Min fußläufig. Diverse Straßenbahnen und Busse ebenfalls fußläufig. Die Räume liegen im 3. Stock, was aber durch einen Aufzug kein Problem darstellt. Barrierefrei sind sie aber nicht zu erreichen. Ich habe nach 22 Uhr eingecheckt, somit brauchte ich einen Code. "Avoid - you pay for the room and they won’t send check in instructions until you’ve paid again!! Clearly I wasn’t going to do this - problem is they then avoid all emails and pocket the bill. So poor."
