"A great place to stay. Easy walk to the main station, easy acces to public transport to get to Prater, Schoenbrunn and historic town center. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. A kettle, coffee and tea in the room. Very quiet place at night. Decent breakfast for 8 euros per person. I will definitely stay there again."

"The room was extremely clean, the manager was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out, and the manager went out of his way to organise an early check-in for us as we had been travelling for almost 30 hours before arriving. The location is great and within very easy walking distance of all local attractions. There was some noise from trams passing but earplugs were available at reception."

Access all electronic (though front door lock still not functioning-we were woken by some folks who were unable to get in) Thus worked fine for us but I wonder if there is an issue who you would speak to.
