"Really disappointing to see the given room was in no way on a par with the photos on Expedia of a crisp modern room. The room given was dated, with cracked amenities which needed replacing. Ditto the gym equipment. Staff lovely though location good. Just doesn’t match what was promised and paid for. "

"Our stay at the New Inn Hotel was a last minute booking due to our travel plans going awry. We searched hotels.com and a few options in the area we wanted to stay came back. I’ll be honest and say the price was the deciding factor for us as we didn’t want to spend too much, so given the comparably low price, our expectations of the New Inn were not high"
