Farmstay in Dehradun District

"The breakfast was an apology No fruit juices and very limited range of fruits. The breakfast has fried and greasy stuff like puri or bhaturas. South Indian food like idlis are hard and too small. Even the electric toaster is not automatic. Very disappointed with the breakfast offered. We had breakfast for three days and every day was disappointing. It's also overpriced"

"Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and well organized. The staff is very helpful and goes beyond to ensure you are satisfied with everything. Rahul and Neha is simply amazing they took good care of us. The only down fall I had for my 8 night stay was to pay for ice every night which is not accommodating for a five star hotel. Ice is free in all hotels around the world."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good service. During breakfast, my partner had to wait almost half an hour just to get plates and cutlery, even after reminding the staff multiple times. It was frustrating to see such basic service being ignored. Another major inconvenience was the hotel phone system. It barely worked, and when we tried calling the concierge several times to request luggage assistance, no one answered the phone. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend spending thousands of rupees at this hotel. There are several other hotels nearby that offer far better service and a much more luxurious experience for guests."

"I would say this is 5+ star stay. We felt at home. Excellent hotel location. Shopping center walking distance. Atmosphere is great. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Customer service is top notch by every staff/employees we connected. Aman and Ishu at reception were excellent. Dining is fabulous, all meals, so many varieties. Rajeev snd Aayush, the Managers at restaurant were excellent. Hotel set up Holi celebration for the guests which was simply amazing. Worth the stay, good value as well. Definitely will refer to friends. Thank you to everyone we connected."

The hotel was very noisy The restaurant had good food bu The staff was very variable The doa treatments were rudimentary given all the Ayurveda in India The location was far from the main beautiful sites in Rishikesh and not in a walkable area "
