"The staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Melanie, Briano, Gabriele, Veronica and Haidar were kind and always very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. The room was small but very clean, the air conditioning kept the room as cool as we wanted it to be, the location of the hotel can not be beat. The bus station and train station where all of our tours started were in close walking distance. We would stay here next time without a doubt. We didn't eat breakfast there...

"Listen, this is a cheap room of Langstrassen. It's close to the train station, but things are loud, there's lots of restaurants around, and this is a remote access situation. I don't want to leave this place a bad review, but there was one thin sheet on the bed that I could SEE mattress stains through - I know I shouldn't have looked but I needed to make sure I didn't see any pests. I did NOT see any bugs, but that mattress was disgusting, filled with stains, had tears, was dirty, and cigarette...
