"I had a brilliant stay at Hunters moon, Dean and his wife made me welcome as soon as I Came through the door. The Atmosphere was amazing and Dean was a real gentleman who was always looking out for me he was accommodating and always made sure I had all I needed. All the staff and residents made you feel like you had been there for years. They address me by name and ensured I received everything I requested. Thanks Dean for being a true professional Host and to all your staff, food was amazing and well priced, I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality you provided."

"Good location in centre of Sherborne. Very reasonably priced room and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pub has a car park and is also just 5/10 minutes walk from station. The delightful Sherborne abbey is just a very short walk from the inn and there are numerous restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable although there was occasional noise from the bar downstairs or outside tables. The Abbey is close by and the clock chimes might bother some. The food onsite is good whether you require breakfast or a meal. The room was well equipped and it suited me as a solo traveller very well. "

Central location in Dorchester with all its history & museums and some really nice restaurants in easy walking distance Also a good base if you're exploring the surrounding area. You have Corfe Castle & Swanage within an hours drive."
