"Our stay was very disappointing and quite different from what was described in the listing. Several amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or misleading. For example, the listing mentioned laundry facilities, but none were accessible during our stay. Communication was also a major issue. "The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest."
