"Hotel Maya was amazing. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were staying with family and asked to be close together which they accommodated with no problem. "Wir waren 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel und es war eigentlich perfekt für eine gemütliche Los Angeles Reise. Check in erfolgt über eine Anlage per Video mit einem Mitarbeiter.
Lage war sehr gut, mit dem Auto konnten wir sehr gut alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und einfach erreichen. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Highlight waren zwei Kaffeeautomaten mit viel Auswahl sowie Wasserspender - beides kostenlos. ABER ! Parkgebühren mit 15$ pro Nacht sind unverschämt. "

"Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. Was a great location with Warner Brothers less than a 10 minute walk away and lots of great restaurants nearby (we had a lovely lunch at girl and the chicken!). "So flight was cancelled next flight out was a day later; so I called Expedia they tried to refund the money but radio-silence from management. I can understands if someone cancels but the fact that we were forced to miss that reservation due to issues out of our control and management without compassion or understanding shows that once they have your money they really don’t care is something quite telling."

"The room/bathroom was small but absolutely perfect for a solo traveller, the room was beautifully decorated and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom had all the needed items to make the stay totally comfortable! fridge, microwave, coffee maker. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, I will be back! "I I ever make it back through Duarte, CA I will definitely stay here again. The property is really in a good location for finding a late night snack and major shopping. "tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am."
