"5 star experience. Very clean hotel. Bed/ linens were comfortable and high end. Everything was controlled via iPad, super easy and efficient. Drinks/ snacks were free in the mini bar. Loved it here and had a great experience. "

"Nice property but very congested common area and elevators. Everything took a bit longer then expected. The elevators were a challenge because one was down. So every time we had to go to or from our 36th floor room it was a wait and had to squeeze in. Otherwise it was good! Only stayed one night. "

"Not my first or second stay at the Tillary. Very interactive staff at desk and maintenance-except the housekeeping staff who don’t speak English! Had to have coffee maker replaced, twice, and wasn’t able to convey the exact problem. I had three coffee makers during my three night stay! I love the bare floors and my room was cleaned daily when I only asked to have towels replaced. Nothing to complain about, though. "
