"This is the PERFECT place to stay in Time Square. Centrally located to the metro & hop on/hop off bus stops, Restaurant Row, the Theater District and so much more.
The staff was extremely helpful - from the front desk, the doormen and housekeeping.
The room was nicely appointed and had everything we needed.
This is where we’ll be staying when we return!"

"The room was not cleaned properly. I had a blood stain on the duvet. I requested the betting to be changed five times without it being done. ✅
The baseboards were chipper’s the wallpaper was peeling. Carpets are dirty. When I walked with my socks, they were stained brown.
Disappointing for the amount of $$ spent."

"The ceiling of our bathroom started to leak water and bubble, leaking onto the toilet. Thankfully we were checking out as soon as heavy rain happened.
The hotel room was super incredibly small for the price. It was practically a shoebox. The bathroom was incredibly small."
