"No hosts on site. No instruction how to find room , didnt answer message sent day before. No answer when phoning on how to find room. "

"This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

"clean room, obviously very new! Staff were welcoming and they told where to go for an evening meal."

"Die Inhaberin Siobhan, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und war uns auch sehr behilflich Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden. Ihr Haus ist sehr schön und heimelig. Ihr Garten/Umschwung ist Atemberaubend. Wir können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen."
