"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. "We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3"

"Room was basic but clean and functional. Very good room service with towels changed and everything cleaned each day (not the case in many hotels at this price point these days). A fridge and microwave in room plus plates and cutlery was a great time savers with two supermarkets nearly opposite for some meals. Shower was hot and clean. Would stay here again."
