"Great place to stay "

"Great staff. We arrived prior to check-in and left our luggage with the front desk and they delivered the bags to the room before we arrived. Extremely convenient to JR Hokuto Station. Great ramen at on-site restaurant on first floor."

"The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel."

"Property was in good repair. Food staff were helpful when i didnt know enough japanese to do it properly. Walking around the city there is a fish smell, due to being a fishing village. Not much in the way of public transport. "

"It was clean and quite. We were in ND out quickly as we were catching the morning train. "

"Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"This was a gorgeous place to be in the middle of Winter. The hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature and lake are breathtaking. Ee had a few things planned for the visit, but preferred just to stay in the hotel/resort"
