"Stayed for 2 nights to attend a local event and it was pretty nice! Clean areas, friendly staff, safe area, everything is close. Only negative I had was the blankets on the bed were so uncomfortable and cheap I had to go buy a blanket at 2am to be able to sleep. "

"We have stayed at several Great Wolf locations including this one in Anaheim. I have to say that we were a bit disappointed this trip. Check in took well over an hour after a 10 hour travel day. We stayed 9 nights and not once was our room cleaned even though we made requests. We just started putting our full garbage bags in the hallway to be picked up and then they would put new bags in our room (along with rolls of toilet paper) by the sink for us to change on our own. It was also spring break and incredibly busy. Maybe there were staffing shortages. I don’t know. But I don’t think we would choose to stay at this location for longer than a weekend again. "

"Right at 11am check out time they are standing outside the door with a clip board invading your space. Telling you its time to check out if not there is all these fees per hour. Not professional, inviting and or welcoming. Customer service is bad the entire staff needs better training. Rooms need to be upgraded feels like a motel not a hotel."
