"For the first four days, we stayed on the fourth floor, and it was great. For the next five days, we were moved to the third floor, and there was definitely a difference. The fourth floor was quieter, cleaner, and overall more comfortable. On the third floor, there was loud music playing late into the night, and one day I had to speak with the staff about having our room cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, though, this was the best hotel stay of our two-week trip, and we really enjoyed our time there."

"The staff at the hotel [Oscar, Arturo, Vladimir and the women whose name unfortunately I do not know] were amazing. They were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. I highly recommend. The parking on site is also very secure, you park your car overnight behind a closed gate. Breakfast is also always made fresh and delicious."
