"I wish they didn’t put us in the room we stayed in where we could hear housekeeping all day moving and doing their thing. We were basically in the corner room on the 12th floor city view side right next to the housekeeping elevator/room. Also, no hot water forever in the shower… had to wait for it. Thank goodness it wad hot in NOLA!"

"We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful and very clean, the pool was great and the outside grounds were beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar that they have on the grounds offered a complimentary drink for guests which was great so we went there and they had a live band playing which was awesome! The bartender was very friendly and told us a lot of the history of the hotel. Thank you to everyone!"
