"We had a fabulous two-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, with nothing ever being too much trouble.
We enjoyed a few drinks in the beautifully maintained courtyard, where the service was excellent, and we also ate in the restaurant one evening. We had breakfast on both mornings, and every meal was delicious.
A particular mention must go to our waiter, who went out of his way to accommodate my dietary requirements. I can’t tolerate chilli, and when I asked if the sauce accompanying my salmon could be changed, he spoke to the chef, who kindly prepared a fresh sauce from scratch without chilli. It was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch.
Our bedroom was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we could have needed. We also had a wonderful view overlooking the square and the two beautiful churches.
Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent food, wonderful service and lovely staff. We would happily return and thoroughly recommend this hotel."
