"The staff were welcoming and friendly — such a nice first stop after our 14-hour flight. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great stay, and it was very convenient to find restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend!"

"It was a very nice experience to stay at grand machiya second. Altough we found a bit difficulty to find the property at beginning. Check in and check out was very smooth, concierge was very accomodative to give us earlier check in which was really helpful after a long flight and walk in cold weather with elderlies and young children. Room was clean and spacious enough for our group 6 adults and 2 children, completed with sufficient basic amenities and kitchen utensils for simple cooking....
