"1. Check-in: terrible. Was left outside the hotel for 2 hours with no one answering messages, texts or phone calls. In the end, contacted hotels.com who were thankfully able to resolve. Would have stayed somewhere else but everywhere near was full. 2. When I got into my room there were no towels, no shower gel or soap (only shampoo), almost no toilet paper and a wasp nest outside the only window in the hot room, so I couldn’t open the window to let in some fresh air. 3. The person who worked...

"Wonderful property in Bled - on the top floor of a 3 story building. We so enjoyed our stay. The apartment is incredibly clean and comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer available in the big bathroom. The hosts were incredibly organized and communicative - they made it very easy to know exactly how to access the property, as well as the resources available. They left the invoice for the additional tourist taxes which needed to be paid - in cash. The property is about a 12-15 minute...

"We booked in a busy season and couldn't get anything at the proper property. This property is located within a 15-minute drive. There is parking. The room is clean. One of the bedrooms had air conditioning; the other one had a fan. The property is located on the second floor so you have to climb a flight of stairs. The host was really nice. We had a late check-in and he was awake till we arrived."

"The apartment is cozy and the hosts are very friendly and very helpful. There is not much happening in the town so I would not recommend to stay there without a car. We liked that the 3 border peak, Tromeja, is a nice hike distance from the town and we liked the resturant on the other side of the road, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. "
