"The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager who was very nice to me when I protested against unfair charge and did his best to salvage The initial charge quoted by the front office staff was but was brought down by him substantially saying...

"This hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and nice and staff are pleasant and helpful. It is located very close to Indian restaurants and shops. One downside is the lack of an intercom. It is not possible to contact reception from the room. Another downside is that the AC in the lobby/reception is quite weak. Another issue in reception is that the staff sit under some very powerful lights which generate so much heat that it's impossible to stand next to the desk to talk to them. I can't imagine...

"On entering the hotel I was told to wait… even though I was the only one there…whilst the old guy behind the glass sloooooowly counted some cash and put it in envelopes. I stood there for 20 minutes whilst he did this! Eventually the lady next to him stepped in and helped me out. I’ve never had a situation where I was made to feel like I was not wanted at a hotel - VERY poor service. The room itself was in a bad way. Mould and hair around the basin, broken toilet seat and everything just...

10/10 Sangat Bagus
"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
