"Un séjour très mitigé à la Résidence Eaton. Si l'emplacement est idéal (à seulement 10 minutes à pied du mall Pavilion pour les plus marcheurs, même s'il vaut mieux privilégier Grab ou Bolt pour les personnes âgées), l'expérience dans la résidence a été décevante. ​L'établissement souffre d'un surpeuplement massif de groupes de touristes indisciplinés, ce qui gâche le séjour. "They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever."
