"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"贅沢は言いませんが、「最低限スリッパが欲しかった」というのが本音です。 アジアのホテルは、「スリッパが常備されている」という淡い期待をして、スリッパを持参しなかった私が悪いのですが、スリッパがあれば、より快適な滞在になっていました。それ以外は、申し分なかったです。最寄の鉄道駅（Ampang Park）、KLCCに徒歩圏内。Early Check-Inで追加チャージはありましたが、部屋はStudioタイプにアップグレードされて、高層階で眺望は良く、ベッドも寝心地がよく、１人では広すぎるぐらいのゆったりとしたスペースで、快適な滞在でした。"
