"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"We stayed there for 2 nights. Many restaurants nearby even grocery so we can cook simple foods. Location is near to Intermark Mall and Suria Petronas. Silent and not too crowded. "

"The hotel was okay overall, but I had a disappointing experience after checkout. They charged a refundable security deposit of 500 MYR at check-in and, even after more than a month since checkout, the amount has still not been refunded. I have sent multiple emails to follow up, but there has been no response from the hotel. I hope they improve their post-stay customer service and refund process."

"The property was really good. Just ask them to take owneahip of the concessionaires found within their premises. I paid for coffee in the vendo machine found in ther lobby that waa never dispensed and the front desk just said they can’t do any about it. The leaat they could do is return my money and claim it from the coffee vendor since the from desk witnessed the whole experience."
