"Cheap and well located for the area. Interesting historic building on the outside. Friendly staff. Tired and dated decor with a horrible smell in the stairway. Constant loud humming from bathroom. Harsh lighting in bedroom and bathroom with no bedside lamp and only 1 bedside table. Room very clean, though carpets looked stained around the edges."

"The Courthouse hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bar staff were so polite and attentive end even made me Zombie cocktails which were off the menu and where the best I've had in many years. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back.
