"The weather during my stay at RStar was at 0C. The staff issued me a lower bunk next to a single pane glass window. my area was damp and cold. i reported the problem but the management refused to issue me a interior space. while trying to get warmer, i discovered the cloth curtain next to my bed have BLACK MOLE growing on it; place see images.
