Le seul désagrément était le bruit le soir : nous avons ouvert les fenêtres pour raffraîchir l’appartement mais nous entendions les vèhicules, les passants, le camion à vidange,…. Mais sinon tout était superbe et super communication avec les hôtes. Merci !"

"We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street. "The location to the train station was a nice walk, but not too difficult or uncomfortable; yet the option of taking a cab was also convenient. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, modern, centrally-located, in a gorgeous old neighborhood. Amenities within the apartment included everything you could need.
