"Clean Room and Hotel very close to beach . Nice selection of breakfast bits and cooked breakfast was nice . Only thing could fault it on was we only had a double framed bed which was too small and uncomfortable for me to get a good nights sleep a new mattress would have helped as could feel the springs. Length wise I'm 6ft 5 and bed was 6ft3 so slept a bit sideways 😂. Apart from that would definitely come back. Thanks Alan and Debbie "

"Selden Farm B&B was a totally delightful place to stay. Nice, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, friendly, helpful statt and easy to walk out from a wonderful farm into exquisite surrounding countryside. Easy to great great dinner at the World's End pub, about a mile away. If you has breakfast at Seddon Farm, you will not need lunch. Also easy to get to Arundel, which is about 4 miles away. Will definitely return"

"Stunning property with excellent quality food and rooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the room and bed (standard double) were very small and hot. Couldnt kèep the window open thanks to the local boys racing up and down the seafront. We are not particularly big people but i can imagine that a larger couple would find the bed impossible to sleep in!"

"Needs a major upgrade. Poor heating due hardly being on and with insufficient window insulation. In fact sash windows can’t close so top of one window was stuffed with tissue. Had to improvise with a towel as the gap in middle needed blocking! General plumbing needs replacing as the smell wasn’t good and outside in the general area had air fresheners all over. Stairs and general decor is in poor condition. Big mistake not reading previous reviews 😡"

"I stayed here alone, so the setup worked well for me. If I were traveling with someone, I’d probably choose a larger hotel or an Airbnb, but I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were friendly whenever they were available, and they responded quickly when I needed anything. They provided extra towels and shower gel promptly, which I appreciated. A few areas could use improvement. The shower would benefit from an update, even if it’s just a new showerhead, and the towels could be much...
