"Spacious room on 6th floor. Welcoming staff from doorman through to reception team & all bar staff / breakfast staff we met. Definitely a stay to remember. It seemed to us that this hotel is undergoing a refurb / redecoration which is going very well. The ambience of the hotel was very good. Light bites in the bar exceptional. "The car park was a little difficult to find but with guidance from reception staff we found it. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However there was a fridge right beside the bed that was omitting light at nighttime! Not the ideal place and odd that it had a light inside when closed. "Was a fantastic hotel. Excellent staff who went out of their way to make the experience a great solo break. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. "This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well....

"Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "
