"We couldn’t check, picked up the key around 7pm then came back around midnight and we could not check in as we had the wrong key"

"Missold hotel, more like a hostel. Old building no staff available with main door left open when we arrived leaving people very vulnerable. Lex the member of staff at this place lied to Expedia team, telling them that we checked in but hadn't checked out knowing that we had refused to stay there and had asked for a refund which they are refusing! We ended up staying at Gatwick all night until our flight. Not a great start to our holiday. Reviews are questionable. DO NOT STAY THERE!!"
