"Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything.
Friendly enough staff, but clueless.
I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down.
The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...

"Everything was excellent. Staff who expertly served a table of 24, courteous, efficient, polite. Food was amazing. Room was outstanding. All staff were lovely, approachable and helpful. Added bonus was a welcome for breakfast and more delicious food. Absolutely stunning all round"

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Leonardo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great but I found the air con a bit noisy. I couldn’t turn it off for some reason.
Would definitely stay there again as parking was next to the hotel and a very reasonable price.

"As you would expect from a hilton hotel everything was excellent from check in till check out. Staff are all friendly and professional, hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast was superb with everything you ever wanted available.
The pool is an added bonus and free for guests as long as you book which is easy, I didn't use the rest of the health club but I am sure that was as well done as the rest of the hotel."

Lovely clean room, wonderful staff especially the receptionist, I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful carrying up luggage three floors.
Don't like leaving negatives, but if you're not mobile there is no lift in the building.
Would definitely recommend.
