Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice touches of irons, fridges and bottle opener in room. Highly recommend!

My first stay in a B&B and couldn't have hoped for a better introduction. Host really helpful, the location is unbeatable, and breakfast fantastic. Highly recommended (even more so if you're an Arsenal fan, as the owner is a Gooner!)

We stayed in room on the top floor. Room was cosy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Welcomed by host on arrival and had lovely breakfast in the morning. Perfect location for a short walk into town.

Parking un peu compliqué et possible uniquement dans la rue moyennant 15€ par jours. L’accueil a été formidable et la chambre spacieuse et agréable au charme typique. Petit déjeuner typique anglais et bon. Les hôtes sont charmants, agréables et accueillant.

Best stay

Best place we’ve stayed in Brighton, the staff were great, had a lovely breakfast aswell, definitely would recommend staying here. Very close to shops and right next to the sea front.

We booked for one night, last minute and found this real gem. The location is five minutes from the pier and is on a quiet side road a few yards from the sea front. Puba and restaurants were all within easy distance. We stayed in room 3 (partial sea view and a roll top bath). The room was lovely and the decor was really well thought out and we loved it. It certainly suited the whole feel of Brighton. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very, very good. I would really recommend staying here. We are already planning a tip back and for more than just the one night.

Fantastic location! Close to the sea and a easywalk into town. Hostess was delightful, super comfy bed and the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend and would def stay again when in Brighton!

The staff was friendly and this was a very comfortable stay. We were, however, up 4 flights of steep stairs and it was a bit of a schlep to get up and down. Would not recommend for anyone not fit. Not an issue for us though.
