Room was lovely, felt like home and the facilities were great and the availability of food round the clock was great. The only let down was that we initally had no hot water when running the bath and shower. We reported this and maintaince came and said we had to run the water for 15 plus minutes first. This worked but by the time the next person needed to use it, it was cold again and we had to do the same thing which meant we lost a lot of time doing this each and everytime we needed to use the shower which was frustating especailly when coming from using the gum and pool. When the water did heat up it was luke warm. On the 2nd day we ran the water for over half an hour and it was still freezing cold, this was the day of check out so time was limited we even paid for late check out but it still did not heat up in time. We reported it to staff but were just told they would tell maintaince but it was not sorted by the time we had to check out which was frustrating. Such a shame as it was a lovely and peaceful place to stay but this tainted the experience and the lack of support from staff to resolve this was disappointing.
