"My room had been redone and was very good. Had anticipated a room looking over the dustbins as a single traveller but even had a sea view! Staff very good and had its own car park."

"Their system said I had not paid for breakfast, I had. The room was not cleaned without my insistence, apparently they were too busy! Spent 90 mins in foyer while it was done. Room keys did not work very well. Changed but still not working properly. Woken just before midnight on final night, banging on door, He refused to say who it was, Said I had to prove who I was as no one should be in the room. No apology given. "The hotel was clean and comfortable. On arrival, I was made to feel welcome and the hotel policies explained in a friendly manner including the WiFi password. The room was cleaned during my stay and there were complimentary amenities left in reception for guests outside of normal hours . This was a nice touch to be able to get extra milk for coffee late at night. Lovely friendly staff ,and great security . The location of the property is excellent. I would return again ."
