"My first room was not so nice. Smelt of damp and had a really dreary view. Location perfect, I should’ve been given a nicer room at no extra cost but had to pay £25 to upgrade C’est La Vie. Some staff were lovely and some didn’t seem to quite be as caring. The lift smelt of urine that needs to be addressed. "

The lamp in the room was visibly/obviously broken. The curtains were soiled. Cards left in the room to communicate information were bent or wrinkled. It was disappointing. "

Staff attention to these needs was impressive (safety q’nnaire for evacuation needs) and Louis at front desk was charming. Great position on the seafront and walkable to the Laines (where there is secure parking) "
