"Good service and good food. Room small. Shower extremely small although en suite room acceptable. Cooling facilities very poor. Outside temperature was very high with no options to disperse the heat. Slept no more than 3 hours and decided to check out the next day despite having paid in advance. In short, lovely pub and restaurant but poor accommodation."

One elevator was broken and the other was extremely slow and often full from staff with carts of dishes or housekeeping supplies. The food in the bar was pretty awful and overpriced.
